The Denver Foundation has compiled the TA Consultant Database as an information resource for Metro Denver nonprofit organizations. By using the TA Consultant Database, I understand and agree to the following terms:
1. While The Denver Foundation may exercise its discretion in including or excluding vendors from this database, it does not make any representation regarding the quality of specific vendors listed within the database.
2. It is the sole responsibility of my organization to check references, insurance and other relevant information prior to engaging in business with any vendor listed in the database.
3. My organization shall not hold The Denver Foundation responsible for any damages, unresolved disputes, or other liabilities arising from information obtained from this database.
