Building Inclusive Nonprofits
To better serve our communities

The U.S. Census estimates that approximately half of the U.S. population will be people of color by the year 2050.

  • To accomplish their missions in our changing society, nonprofits must build volunteer, staff, and donor leadership that reflects the diversity of their communities.   The Denver Foundation's Inclusiveness Project (IP) has tools to help your organization become more diverse and inclusive.
