Overview
An experienced team of six three of whom are dedicated to accounting and finance management -- provides services to The Centers Projects and accounting services clients. Contract labor is used as needed. The team is diverse racially as well as by gender and sexual orientation.
By sharing costs across all Projects The Center keeps administrative charges to a very low 9 percent of Project revenues. This fee is assessed as Project revenues come into The Center.

Melinda Higgs President and CEO received her Masters in Public Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver. She has more than 15 years of experience in managing nonprofit organizations. Mark Harvey Finance Director is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Jill Barwig Director of Programs received her Masters in Journalism from Northwestern University.
