Facility & Operations Manager
Carolyn is the facility & operations manager at Casa Grande, The Denver Foundation’s home. She manages building maintenance, facility needs assessments, safety compliance, capital project planning, and interdepartmental coordination. She uses a proactive maintenance strategy, identifying and resolving issues before they lead to downtime.
