The RBC Wealth Management Colorado Scholarship provides opportunities for post-secondary education to outstanding Colorado high school seniors pursuing a degree in science, mathematics, or engineering. This highly competitive scholarship rewards students for exceptional achievement, above and beyond their peers.
Eligibility
- Graduating Colorado high school senior
- Planning to enroll full-time at an accredited post-secondary institution in the U.S. in the fall of 2026
- Intending to pursue an undergraduate degree in science, mathematics, or engineering
- Cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.75+
- Have a score of at least 31 composite on the ACT OR a reading and writing and math combined score of 1,400+ on the SAT
- While some schools are test-optional, applying for this opportunity requires that you provide scores from your ACT or SAT as stated above
Selection criteria
Applications will be reviewed based on:
- Academic performance
- Extracurricular activities and leadership
- Commitment to the field/passion for the work
- Financial need
- A strong aptitude for science, mathematics, or engineering
Award details
- Scholarship Range: $5,000
- Typical Number of Awards: 5
- This scholarship is a one-time award
- Award amounts may be used toward the recipient’s tuition, fees, and other required educational expenses
- All scholarships will be paid directly to a recipient’s post-secondary institution. Award disbursement is contingent upon the outside scholarship policies of a recipient’s post-secondary institution
- Award must be used for the upcoming academic year
NOTE: Students who have a relative (parent, step-parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or sibling) who is employed by RBC Wealth Management or The Denver Foundation are NOT ELIGIBLE for this scholarship.
