Charmaine is the chief of staff who serves as the primary liaison to the Board of Trustees and leads executive-level planning and organizational alignment across departments. She supports governance, people strategy, and executive processes that strengthen organizational effectiveness. With a background in psychology, counseling, and business –and additional training in HR and employment law—she brings more than a decade of higher-education experience into philanthropy with a systems-minded, equity-centered approach to organizational leadership.
