As the Program Lead, Erika guides the statewide strategy to build a more inclusive and connected Colorado. With more than a decade of experience working alongside diverse communities, she brings deep expertise in community engagement, grantmaking, and equity-centered program design. She is committed to creating environments where everyone is seen, valued, and supported.
Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marymount Manhattan College and was a 2018 Rising Leaders Fellow with Justice Outside. A proud Coloradan, Erika is passionate about social justice, the power of collaboration, and elevating the voices and solutions of those closest to the work.
