As the Director of Operations, Rob is passionate about creating an environment to help people do their best work. He does this by overseeing the facilities operations and executing different aspects of Human Resources. Rob joined the Foundation in 2016 and is driven by identifying ways to help TDF achieve its mission. Prior to working in philanthropy, Rob spent his career leading teams in the automotive manufacturing sector in South Carolina and Alabama. He spends his free time writing, reading, hiking, and listening to music. Rob is passionate about creating an environment that helps people do their best work.
